AARP’s DRIVER SAFETY PROGRAM

LIFE LINE SCREENING
Life Line Screening is a preventative health screening test that checks the vascular wellness of an individual using non-evasive ultrasound technology. Get your 1st Life Line Screening test today and receive a discount on your screening fee -  just for being a GBU member. MEDICS TAKE NOTE MAGNET
GBU will pay 50% of the basic cost for an initial MedicAlert^® enrollment fee for GBU insured members. Upon enrollment, the member will receive from MedicAlert^® a stainless-steel MedicAlert^® emblem which can be worn as a bracelet or a necklace.
