Personal Giving
     Scholarships

 

Personal Giving Scholarships may be created by anyone to honor:

The memory of a departed family member or friend, or
A commemorative event such as an anniversary or birthday.

 

Personal Giving Scholarships are subject to the following guidelines:

You can establish a one-time scholarship grant in multiples of $500 or establish a perpetual scholarship with a one-time donation. (Please contact the Fraternal Department at the home office for details.)
You may have as many scholarships for as many years as you deem appropriate.
You may fund one or more scholarships on an annual basis, providing the funds are received by February 1 of each year.
Check should be made payable to GBU Foundation.
Donations to the GBU foundation to create a Personal Giving Scholarship may qualify as a tax deduction. Please consult your tax advisor.
Eligibility of GBU applicants and the selection of recipients shall be governed by the guidelines of the GBU foundation.
