It can save your life!
Ride the right size bike
You should be able to place the balls of your feet on the ground while sitting on the seat and holding the handlebars.
Wear proper riding attire
Loose fitting clothes can get caught in the spokes.
Always ride with traffic
Obey all traffic lights and signs.
Ride only in daylight
If you have no other choice but to ride after dusk, wear light colored clothing and use reflective material on your bike, helmet and clothes.
